Nutrition 101 is a blog post series I want to start on my blog. In this series I want to tackle as many nutrition facts, tips and tricks as possible. I will try and provide all the source I will use for those posts, including research. Some things I want to address:
- Sources (plant-based and others)
- Sources (saturated and unsaturated)
- Health risks
I am planning on publishing one article each week starting next week with Carbohydrates. If you any suggestions what else should be addressed let me know in the comments. I am also planning on doing a Diet 101 and a Training 101 series, but more information will follow.
